For our client we are looking for a Senior HR Administrator.
Our client need a consultant who can support their Senior HR Administrator with HR administration work. They expect that this person has a good knowledge of how HR processes and systems works, has a meticulous mindset and ability to pro-actively suggest new ways to use their tools to improve and simplify the user experience. Experience from SAP SuccessFactors and Teknikavtalet is seen as positive but not mandatory knowledge.
Typical tasks responsibilities for the HR Administrator are to;
- Support with different agreements, e.g. for employment based on our templates
- Enter, update and ensure a high quality level for all HR data in different HR system
- Personnel administration and ongoing registrations
- Interactions with external payroll provider and other third party suppliers within the HR area
- Support employees in different questions related to HR administration
- Support the HR organization in other areas when needed
