For our client we are looking for a Payroll Administrator Global Mobility
For the Global Mobility Payroll team in Gothenburg they temporarily require a payroll administrator to assist with international payroll for their expatriates working globally. Their expatriates are assigned to and from Sweden, main destinations are Sweden, China, Belgien and the US.
Work will include monthly preparation of payroll sheets for the expatriate population, to be provided to local payroll in other countries where our client operate. For Sweden the work will include salary- and shadow reporting for inbound and outbound expatriates in Aditro, as well as assuring the basis for employer reporting to Skatteverket. The work will also include involvement in recalculating expatriate salaries based on annual salary review and possible bonus entitlement for expatriates. Answering questions from managers, HR, expatriates and other stakeholders globally will also be a part of the job.
General payroll experience is a requirement. Experience of working with international payroll administration for assigned personnel, shadow reporting as well as high-level understanding of international tax-and social security is preferred. Experience of working with Aditro and SAP is an advantage, as well as Excel-skills. Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement.
