For our client we are looking for a Coordinator
We are looking for a Facility management coordinator to support Head of Facility management to prepare operations of facilities and building up the facility organization.
Other tasks in this assignment are:
• Support Construction Management Unit in facility-related issues
• Support facility budget planning and control
• Support Head of Facility Management to define what is needed to operate the building from a Facility Management System perspective and support the implementation of the system
• Define and prepare necessary documents for Facility Management Unit in future running business
• Oversee the facility purchasing process
You will be reporting to the head of facility management.
• Experience of facility management (at least 3 projects)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Leadership attitude (accountability) incl proficient communicative skills
• Well structured and good team work
• Prior experience on operational work
• Prior experience with construction project
