What You’ll Do
- Communicate with consumers via phone, email, chat, and social media, delivering tailored solutions with a high level of service.
- Coordinate towing and roadside services, ensuring a seamless experience for car owners.
- Manage lead generation, delegation, and follow-up to optimize lead utilization.
- Prioritize and escalate customer feedback and feature requests to relevant teams.
- Actively identify opportunities for improvement, proposing and driving initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
