Danish Speaking - Customer Facing & Order Management Representative
As a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative in region North, including the Baltics, your role involves managing and optimizing customer service operations. You will be the part of the Regional Customer Facing & Order Management team and report to the Regional Customer Facing & Order Management Manager.
Position is based in Gothenburg office, and you will be mainly working towards Danish market.
What You Will Do
• Handle large wholesale orders for the Professional Hygiene customers.
• First point of contact for our customers, supporting them with order status, product help and other inquires.
• Solve customer needs using a network of Service Specialists.
• Understanding of our customer's needs, build trusting relationships and providing high quality service to both internal and external customers.

To be successful in the role, a high level of self-motivation, positive and effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential. You like to set up your work in a structured and methodical way and you have the ability to handle several tasks in parallel. Finally, you enjoy working at a higher pace where you proactively identify solutions to be able to ensure high efficiency as well as quality in your work.
• Relevant education and working experience in customer service operations environment or similar.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and spoken fluency in Danish, Swedish and English.
• Experience with SAP/S4 Hana is considered a plus.
