As an IT engineer you will work in onsite (field), support team, provide IT support to users onsite, work with global support teams and other functional service teams. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, phones, printers and other client side equipment.
Resolve tier 2 Helpdesk tickets that fall under the Desktop Services groups’ responsibility. IT asset management. Assist with implementation of systems as global teams or business needs require.
KPIs of onsite (field) support achievement, customer satisfaction, flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated with an ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high pressure environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in Spoken and Written English and Swedish
Driver’s License a must.
